This Refund & Return Policy applies to all products, online purchases, and services provided by Toufan Tyres through https://toufantyres.ae/.
By purchasing products, booking services, or making online payments, you agree to this policy.
1. COMPLETED SERVICES
Automotive services including but not limited to:
- Tyre fitting
- Wheel alignment
- Balancing
- Mechanical repairs
- Electrical repairs
- Car AC services
- Diagnostics
- Detailing
- Painting
- Tinting
are non-refundable once completed, as they involve labor, workshop resources, and technical execution.
If you believe a service was not completed properly, you must notify us within 7 calendar days after vehicle collection.
If our inspection confirms a workmanship issue, we may at our discretion:
- Re-perform the service at no cost, or
- Refund the labour portion of the invoice
2. TYRES & PRODUCTS RETURNS
Products may be eligible for return only if:
- Product is unused
- Product is unopened
- Product is in original packaging
- Return request is made within 7 days of purchase
Non-returnable products:
- Installed tyres
- Fitted batteries
- Opened lubricants or oils
- Installed spare parts
- Consumables and accessories used after purchase
Tyres that have been installed, mounted, or used cannot be returned unless a manufacturer defect is confirmed.
3. DEFECTIVE PRODUCTS
If a purchased product is defective:
- Report the issue immediately
- Manufacturer inspection may be required
If approved under manufacturer warranty, we may:
- Replace the product, or
- Process refund/store credit as applicable
Warranty claims are subject to manufacturer approval.
4. ONLINE ORDERS & CANCELLATION
Orders may be cancelled before dispatch or installation scheduling.
If cancellation is requested after:
- Dispatch
- Installation booking
- Parts preparation
cancellation may be denied or subject to operational charges.
5. DEPOSITS & ADVANCE PAYMENTS
Deposits paid for:
- Product reservations
- Appointment booking
- Special tyre orders
- Parts procurement
are refundable only if cancellation is requested at least 24 hours before the scheduled appointment or order processing.
After that period, deposits may become non-refundable.
6. ONLINE PAYMENTS
For payments made through our website:
- Payment confirmations are typically sent by email, SMS, or WhatsApp
- If payment is charged but no order confirmation is received within 48 hours, contact us immediately
Approved refunds are processed back to the original payment method within 7–14 working days, subject to banking timelines.
7. HOW TO REQUEST A REFUND
To request a refund or report an issue, please provide:
- Customer name
- Contact number
- Vehicle plate number (if service-related)
- Order number or invoice number
- Date of purchase/service
- Description of issue

8. NON-REFUNDABLE ITEMS
The following are generally non-refundable:
- Completed services
- Installed tyres
- Installed batteries
- Opened oils/lubricants
- Installed spare parts
- Diagnostic fees
- Inspection fees
9. DISPUTES
If you are not satisfied with our final resolution, you may escalate the matter to:
Dubai Department of Economy and Tourism (DET) – Consumer Protection
in accordance with UAE consumer laws.
10. POLICY CHANGES
Toufan Tyres reserves the right to update this Refund & Return Policy at any time.
